Shipping & Returns

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All our goods are shipped to you via Australia Post's regular parcel service. You will receive a copy of your tracking number to your email once your order is ready/shipped from our warehouse (Please to also check your email spam/junk folders just in case our email accidentally lost its way).

We are overwhelmed with orders and our processing time is 10-14 business days (Monday to Friday during business hours and excluding public holidays) and are trying to process all orders as fast as we can.

After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, please then allow 2-5 days (depending on your location) for the Courier to deliver to your shipping address. If your order does not arrive after 5 business days from time of shipping from the Courier, please contact Australia Post (13-7678) directly and advise your connote(s)/tracking number details. Thank you for your loyalty and patience, we really appreciate your support.

NOTE: Please ensure to always double check your shipping address details and your contact number too to avoid any issue/delay with your shipment. We do deliver to P.O. BOX and/or Parcel Locker and/or Parcel Collect addresses (please provide the full details of the address as well).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Sorry but we do not shipped internationally at the moment.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

We offer returns for an exchange only, and the item(s) / product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened/unworn. The item(s) /product(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods and we reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet our requirements.

To organise a return-for-exchange, please contact/email us firstly here and let us know and we will reply and provide you with the return details in the email (Please note all return-for-exchange's postage costs will be the customers responsibility).

LOST ITEMS

In the rare situations that your goods are lost in transit/delivery, we, Raglan Online Sales takes no responsibility for this. By ordering from our website you agree to our terms and conditions. You will always have Australia Post's tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track-and-trace your order.
